“WTG invaded England! The entire trip was brilliant!” 🇬🇧✨

And from the photos and stories coming back from this incredible journey, we couldn’t agree more!

The Women’s Travel Group recently returned from an unforgettable adventure through England, combining the energy and history of London with charming countryside villages, historic landmarks, and quintessentially English experiences.

A London Adventure

The journey began in London, where the group explored some of the city's most iconic sights on a London Highlights tour. From the unmistakable silhouette of Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament to the historic Tower of London, there was no shortage of famous landmarks to discover.

But London is about more than checking off a list of sights. Wandering its historic streets, taking in the architecture, enjoying a traditional afternoon tea, and experiencing the city's unique energy are all part of what makes a visit so memorable.

Beyond London: Windsor, Oxford & the Cotswolds

The group then ventured beyond the capital to experience some of England's most charming destinations. Windsor offered a taste of royal history, while Oxford brought the atmosphere of one of the world's most famous university cities. And then came the Cotswolds, where picturesque villages, honey-colored stone cottages, and rolling countryside provided the quintessential English backdrop. It was the perfect contrast to the bustle of London—slowing the pace and allowing the group to experience another side of England.

Bath & Stonehenge

No journey through this part of England would be complete without a visit to Bath and Stonehenge.

The elegant city of Bath is known for its Roman heritage and beautiful Georgian architecture, while nearby Stonehenge offers a glimpse into a much more mysterious chapter of England's past. Both destinations add something completely different to the journey. Together, these stops created a wonderful mix of history, culture, architecture, and scenery.

The Best Part? Experiencing It Together

One of the things we love most about The Women's Travel Group is that the memories don't end when the trip does. The friendships, shared meals, laughter, unexpected moments, and stories from the road become just as important as the destinations themselves.
