Prices
Prices for all travel cannot be guaranteed until reservations are confirmed along with payment of applicable deposit. Airfare prices, availability, times and flights are not guaranteed until paid in full and may change without notice. All prices are subject to change without notice and may be subject to limited availability. The exact price depends upon the day of departure, departure city, length of stay, ship, hotel room or cabin type and other inclusions including (but not limited to) airfare, transfers, rental cars, taxes or administrative fees. Prices and offers are valid for new bookings only.
Exclusions
Unless indicated, prices do not include airfare, gratuities, meals, telephone calls, applicable resort service fees, personal or incidental items, or any other features not listed except where otherwise noted. Cruise prices do not include transfers, taxes or administrative fees.
Deposit
A per person deposit is required at the time of booking for all travel arrangements. The amount of the deposit at the time of booking will vary by vendor. Certain deposits are nonrefundable. Refundable deposits will be honored only if the reservation is cancelled in writing and the written cancellation request is received within 90 days from the vacation or cruise date, and are subject to vendor and airline penalties. Insurance premiums and certain vendor fees are not refundable.
Final Payment
Final/Full payment is specified by the individual vendor and due on the date specified. All vacation and cruise prices that include airfare are subject to change until paid in full.
Forms of Payment
All major credit cards are accepted unless otherwise noted. Certain travel vendors may accept only specifically stated credit cards. Your travel consultant will tell you the accepted credit cards by the travel vendor.
Late Bookings
Bookings made within three weeks of departure are subject to a $15 document shipping and processing fee. A $50 additional handling fee will be charged for bookings that need to be confirmed within three business days of departure.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended and may be purchased at the time of booking, or before final payment, which may cover cancellations for covered reasons as outlined by the travel insurance vendor.
Cancellations & Revisions
Cancellation and revision fees vary by the operator and product and are advised at the time of booking.Revision, cancellation and refund policies vary by travel vendor.
Refunds
Refund restrictions and policies for unused travel or vacation components vary by airline, by vendor, by season and according to promotional rules and are subject to applicable rules of each vendor. Insurance premiums, airfare and some vendor fees are not refundable.
Proof of Identity
Photo ID is required for all travel, both domestic and international. Passports are required for international travel and some countries require a visa. You will not be permitted to depart without the necessary documentation. There may be additional requirements for international travel such as inoculations or visas. Please check with the U.S. Department of State (http://travel.state.gov) for more information related to your travel destination. If you are not a citizen, you must contact the consulate of the country you are visiting to inquire about visa requirements. You must also contact the Immigration and Naturalization Service (1-800-375-5283,www.ins.usdoj.gov) for reentry requirements into the United States.
